✅ Photo Guidelines

Format: Must be PNG or JPG, less than 5MB, oriented correctly, and cropped to a square centered on your face.
Professional: Dress appropriately, maintain good lighting, and use a plain background.
Clear & Focused: Use a recent, high-quality photo that clearly shows only your face.

❌ Avoid

Distractions: Other people, full body shots, hats, sunglasses, or distracting backgrounds (e.g., busy patterns).
Unacceptable Content & Quality: Blurry, low-resolution, offensive, inappropriate, or images containing words, symbols, phrases, or avatars/cartoon representations.

🔒 Privacy disclosure

By uploading your photo, you consent to its use across all ModMed platforms (including Workday, Slack, and Google Workspaces).
Crucially, your profile photo in Slack and Google Workspaces will be visible to external users (non-ModMed individuals).
If this external visibility is a concern, please do not upload a photo.
